APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR
The fee for a certificate of smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and portable fire extinguisher compliance (CSACMAC), as required by N.J.A.C 5:70-2.3, shall be based upon the amount of time remaining before the change of occupant is expected, as follows:

Requests for CSACMAC received more than 10 business days prior to change of occupant: $45.00;

Requests for CSACMAC received four to 10 business days prior to change of occupant: $90.00;

Requests for CSACMAC received fewer than four days prior to change of occupant: $161.00;

The fee for a second or further succeeding reinspection pursuant to the inspection for CSACMAC shall be $45.00.

We will advise via email, with your confirmation, the cost of the inspection and who the check should be made payable to.
