Plant Forward Recipes
Chef Ann Foundation and Danone North America are focused on getting more plant-forward recipes in schools to benefit the environment, student health, and more. If you have used plant-based or plant-forward recipes in your school food operation, we'd love to include your experiences in a blog post highlighting More Plants Please!, a plant forward initiative on The Lunch Box. As a thank-you for your submission, you will receive a professional development scholarship to the School Food Institute, with a choice between two online courses: Plant Forward and Salad Bars in Schools.
