1. A non-refundable Deposit (25% of Event Price) is due to reserve the event date. The deposit is credited against the cost of the event. (Please use your finger to initial)*

2. Payments can be made via QuickBooks ACH bank transfer for FREE. If paying by credit card, a 3.5% convenience fee is added. Event balance is due in full on the day of the event. (Please use your finger to initial)*
