  • If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must sign at the bottom of this form. If they are unable to sign this online form, they must fill sign a paper form before you will be allowed to participate in this show. 

  • Classes

  • Check all classes .Each class is $9. Or buy all day for $60. Save $5 on all day by completing and submitting this pre-registration. PAY the DAY OF SHOW. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY END OF DAY WEDNESDAY OCT 2nd if you want to qualify for HIGH POINT. SEE RULES FOR OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGH PONT. Discounted online registration closes for all participants on Oct. 2nd.
  • Awards

  • Pre-registration by Oct 2 is required to be eligible for high point awards. No exceptions.

    Classes may be combined at judge’s discretion.

    Ribbons from 1st to 5th place awarded for each class.

    See rule 17 & 18 below for High point class requirements.

    In addition to class ribbons, High point awarded for the following:

    Rider High Point awards by age groups-
    Ages 13 & under​​ 
    Ages 14 – 17 ​​ Open- 
    Ages 18 & Over​​
    Novice Rider

    Horse High Point Awards-

    Arabian/Half-Arabian
    Open- Other Breeds only(non Arabian)

  • Rules and Regulations

  • 1. Training Equipment allowed by discretion of the judge.

    2. Decisions of the judge are final.

    3. Warm up in the arena is from 8:15-8:45am

    4. Boots Required (No exceptions)

    5. Helmets required for all under 18. (No Exceptions)

    6. If schooling only turn number over before entering ring.

    7. Age of riders is as of January 1st of current year.

    8. Green horses are horses in their first or second year of showing.

    9. No novice riders in green horse classes.

    10. Lead line horses must have halter and lead as well as bridle.

    11. Each horse and rider combination requires a separate number.

    12. Clean up the area around your trailer before you leave.

    13. NO DOGS EXCEPT SERVICE DOGS ALLOWED.

    14. Conduct: Show management reserves the right to refuse any entry or an exhibitor or the participant of any agent, trainer, or rider who has shown an objectionable attitude toward a recognized show or previous unsportsmanlike behavior at a recognized show or to its management. Show committee reserves the right to combine/cancel unfilled classes; accept entries of unfilled classes at a regular fee; divide classes as entries warrant. Exhibitors will be advised of combined, and cancelled/divided classes.

    16. Exhibitors must appear in the ring suitably attired, with correct numbers clearly visible to the judge at all times. When in competition, entries with wrong or missing numbers will be disqualified. If an exhibitor voluntarily removes a horse from the ring without permission of the judge, the exhibitor may be disqualified from all future classes at the show by the show committee and forfeit all prizes and entry fees for the entire show.

    17. All high Point awards are based on one horse/rider combo. 

    18. Classes to count for High Point:
    High Point 13 & Under : Must enter Showmanship.
    High Point 14-17: Must enter Showmanship.
    High Point 18 & over – Must enter Showmanship.
    High Point Arabian/Half Arabian – Will be judged per horse rider combination.
    High Point Other Breed – Will be judged per horse rider combination. For breeds other than A/HA.
    High Point Green Horse, Walk/Trot – all classes with Walk/Trot in the description. No canter classes will be counted.
    High Point Novice- all classes with Novice in the description.
    Must be present to collect high point awards.

    19. No cross entry (same horse/same rider) in walk/trot with canter classes.

    20. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be at the gate 5 minutes before your class begins. 

    22. It is the reponsilbility of the exhibitor to deliver their add/drop form to the gate keeper prior to the class in the event they add or drop a class. 

    22. No refunds after the beginning of the show.
