• Ending Lease Term: 30 Day Notice of Intention to Vacate

  • You are hereby advised that the undersigned will vacate the premises located at:

  • The date given above is a definite vacating date. I (we) hereby authorized the Real Estate Asset Manager to show the premises to prospective tenants. You have my (our) permission to show the unit to prospective tenants in my (our) absence by appointment.


    I (we) understand that if I (we) continue possession after the above date without the Landlord’s written consent, I (we) shall be liable for, and shall pay to Savio Asset Management LLC a sum not to exceed twice the current monthly rent computed and prorated on a daily basis for each day I (we) remain in possession. This is in accordance with the Landlord-Tenant Code of the laws of the State of Hawaii, Chapter 521.


    I (we) understand that the giving of this notice does not relieve me (us) of any liability that I (we) have under my (our) present Rental Agreement. If the above vacating date is over 31 days before the end of my (our) Rental Agreement, I (we) will be liable to the Landlord for the lesser of the following amounts:


    1. The entire rent due for the remainder of the lease term, or
    2. All rent accrued during the period necessary to re-rent the dwelling unit at the fair market rent, a break lease fee of $100.00 and cost for the re-renting of the dwelling unit (advertising).


    This is in conformance with the Landlord-Tenant Code of the laws of the State of Hawaii, Chapter 521.
