Greetings!
We are excited to present Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023, September 29th – 30th, 2023. We are inviting emerging and established women’s, men’s, children, formal, and swimwear, designer’s and boutiques with full collections to showcase on our runway during this epic event.
This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your designs at the annual Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023. Your designs should be BEAUTIFUL, BOLD, AND CREATIVE! We want you as a designer to bring your creativity to the beautiful world of fashion. You will have an opportunity to work with industry runway models that will "werk" the runway in your creations and show off your designs. Your work will be seen by hundreds of fashion industry professionals from Lake Charles, Beaumont, Houston, Lafayette, New Orleans and surrounding areas. We want YOU to bring the best and the boldest fashions to this Southern region.
Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 will offer designers Massive Multimedia Exposure throughout the South, advertisements on FWLC website/social media, Style Lounge and Fashion Ave, Patron's Launch Party, “That's A Wrap” Private Party and a professionally produced fashion show. Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 has fashion bloggers, press, engaged consumers, retail buyers and fashion enthusiasts in attendance. Designers are encouraged to sell their creations right off the runway.
Eligibility:
- No sketches will be accepted. Must have photos/video of samples or previous work.
- Runway Collection must have a minimum of ten (10) looks
- Full collection due two weeks prior to show.
- Completed and Signed Designer Registration Forms are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and upon approval.

****EARLY BIRD SPECIAL (Must be registered by September 1st): 15 looks or less $250. And 16-20 looks $350*****
Registration for Designers (15 Looks or less): $365.00
Registration for Designers (16 - 20 Looks): $465.00
Registration for Designers with Vendor Table in Fashion Avenue: ADDITIONAL $100.00 (one day); $200.00 (two days)
Designers that bring in their own models will be charged an additional $250 and the Designer is responsible for their models' Hair/MakeUp.

Designer Registration form, photos/video, and full payment or partial payment.
Fashion Avenue at the Lake Charles Civic Center (Vendor Table): Optional
- ONLY 5 spots available to showcase on Fashion Avenue
- Tables $100.00 per day additional fees
- No more than two people at vendor table
- Vendor Agreement must be signed
Registration Fee Includes:
- Runway Models for One Showcase Presentation
- Inclusion on event website, link to the show's Featured Designer Web Page and Pre-Event Social Media Promotions
- Contact Information included in FWLC printed programs
- Red Carpet Interview Opportunity
- Designer or Brand name included on all media alert and press release
- 2 VIP Day Tickets
Payment Details:
- Partial payments are accepted. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required.
- All fees due September 16, 2023 (twp weeks prior)
- Please complete, sign and submit this application to begin the registration process.
- Once you have submitted this Registration Form, all other future payments are accepted via PayPal made to info@fashionweeklc.com, subject: Designer Registration Fees.
- Designer placement cancellation is accepted by written notice only. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!!
