Greetings!

We are excited to present Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023, September 29th – 30th, 2023. Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund to bring awareness to our community from this spectacular fashion extravaganza. 

We are inviting established women’s, men’s, children, formal, and swimwear retailers to showcase on our runway at the annual Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023. Your collection should be BEAUTIFUL, BOLD, AND CREATIVE!  

Although we appreciate all retailers that apply, submissions do not guarantee a place on the runway. As the retailer, Fashion Week Lake Charles would like your fashions to represent cohesiveness with a stylish flow. Retailers who are selected to show will be notified by Monday, September 4, 2023.

Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 will not charge retailers an application fee, however there is a nominal production fee to offset event expenses, which is required for your participation. The fee is based on the presentation option selected. FWLC is structured to manage model castings, hair and makeup teams, venue and production logistics, as well as advertising, marketing/PR, etc.

Assigned models will be provided upon your acceptance as a Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 runway participant. Complete details and terms of participation will be provided in the Designer Agreement upon you being accepted as a Fashion Week Lake Charles retail runway participant.

 

Eligibility:

• Retailers must have one complete collection two weeks prior to show.
• Collection must have a minimum of 10 looks
• Completed and Signed Retail Runway Application Form

• Runway Models for One Showcase Presentation
• Company name/logo included on all media alert and press releases

Payment Details:

• The Retailer Nominal Fee is payable by PayPal made to info@fashionweeklc.com.
• Retailer fee cancellation is accepted by written notice only. There are NO REFUNDS!!!!
