We are excited to present Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023, September 29th – 30th, 2023. We are inviting emerging and established boutiques, fashion vendors, make-up lines, hair retailers, fitness and nutrition enthusiasts, jewelry, arts and crafts, modeling agencies, etc. to participate during this epic fashion event. Participating vendors will present in the Style Lounge during show days and Presenting Designers will present in Fashion Avenue.
This is an amazing chance to network your business and product at our Annual Fashion Week Lake Charles. Your business will be seen by hundreds of fashionistas, fashion industry professionals, fashion bloggers, and the community in Lake Charles and surrounding areas. We want to bring the best of the best to our area and to the Southern region.
Participation in the Style Lounge will offer your business Massive Multimedia Exposure throughout the South. Fashion Week Lake Charles 2023 will have fashion bloggers, radio, news crews, press, engaged consumers, retail buyers and fashion enthusiasts from Houston to New Orleans in attendance.

Vendor Fees
The Vendor fee is $200.00 for two (2) days in the FWLC Style Lounge at the Lake Charles Civic Center from the period of September 30-31, 2021, each day from 5:00pm – 10.00pm. Presenting Designers on Fashion Avenue have the choice of doing one (1) day at $100 or two (2) days at $200.
- Upload your company's logo & business card and attach to this registration form.
- FWLC cannot guarantee placement until full payment is received. The sooner your spot is reserved, the sooner we can advertise and promote your business (Only 20 spots available)
- Partial payments are accepted. A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required.

- Once you have submitted this Registration Form, all other future payments are accepted via PayPal made to info@fashionweeklc.com, subject: Vendor Registration Fees.
- Vendor placement cancellation is accepted by written notice only. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!!

All comp tickets will be available at WILL-CALL under the Vendor CONTACT NAME.
- 4 General Admission Tickets
- Complimentary tickets provided by FWLC can be used to invite guests, clients, or as marketing/promotional tools.

Participants agree to cross-promote through all feasible means (e.g. e-blast, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram).
