By Signing this document you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.
A) Client hearby agrees to book and pay for the package in full; Client agrees to everything included in the session and understands that if something is not listed, then it is not included in the session being booked. (Client has received a fully detailed information list on the package inquired on)
B) There will be a rescheduling fee of $50.00 for a 1st time rescheduling; thereafter if the session is rescheduled for a 2nd time the fee is $80.00. There will be NO 3rd rescheduling-- The session will be cancelled without a refund. The rescheduling fees are due the day of rescheduling, if not paid within 24 hours of rescheduling your session will be cancelled and no funds will be refunded.
C) ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
D) The Session will start at the time agreed upon at booking. There is a 15 minute grace period for late clients. After the grace period the session may have to be rescheduled and will result in a rescheduling fee -- See A)
E) The photos received are not to be altered in any way; this includes, but not limited too, Filters, Black and White, Cropping or any other alterations to the final image.
F) Client has 48 hours after viewing gallery to request any additional editing or for a photo to be "fixed" After 48 hours all RAW photos will be deleted of session and will not be re-edited or re-touched.
G) Client agrees to the editing style based upon the work that is displayed on photographer's site or social media pages, or samples photographer has sent personally to client.
H) Client is responsible for their children at all times at the photo location. During the session if any child or adult damages any equipment or item that belongs to the photographer the client is 100% responsible for all damages and replacement of the item(s) damaged.
I) Turn around time is 3-4 weeks from session.
Expedited editing is available for certain sessions at $75.00 with a 1.5 weeks turn around--
J) Client's can send inspirational photos from online or other sources; Photographer will try to articulate the sampled photo but can not guarantee an exact copy.
K) Client has 3 weeks prior to session to discuss any specifics for the session (Items that need to be ordered can not always be delivered last minute) If booking 3 weeks before session, photographer can not guarantee certain props or other supplies will be available.
L) Client's must allow photographer adequate working space during the session. Cleint must allow photographer to try and ease and calm any children during the session- if the photographer needs help they will advise client. It is important the children get comfortable with the photographer so that they will cooperate during the session. Small children can be easily over-whelmed so it is important that not so many people are trying to calm the child all at once.
M) No one excpept parents or people involved in the session can be present during the session unless approved by photographer at the time of booking. *Children can be easily over-whelmed by too many people being present*
N) If client has certain items or articles of clothing they want to incorporate during their session it is imperative they show it to photographer during time of booking or at least 1-2 weeks prior to session so that the photographer can accomodate a setup or idea fitting for the prop/clothing.
O) Photographer is not liable for any person(s) being uncooperative during the session.
P) Client's have 1 year to download high resolution photos after 1 year photos have to be pulled from cloud and this can take up to 24-48 hours to retrieve.
Q) If a refund is set to be made, the refund will take 40-60 days to process.
R) Session balance is due within 24 hours of session.
S) Invoices must be paid within 3 days of being sent.
T) If session is not paid within 24 hours before session and session still takes place- NO photos will begin to be edited until payment is made and turn around time will start from the day of final payment.
U) NO photos will be delivered until payment in full is made.
Covid-19 Policies
A. If you or any one in your household is sick within 72 hours of your session your session should be rescheduled.
B. If you fail to mention someone being sick and they appear sick during the session the session will end immediately and a reschedling fee will be charged. No refunds will be given.
C.*continuation of B. * If you do not pay rescheduleing fee the session will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
D. Sessions that are postponed due to Covid-19 can be rescheduled or session deposit can be transferred towards a future session within 1 year of the original scheduled date.
E. There will be no refunds for any postponed sessions due to Covid-19. Only rescheduling or balance transfers (Please See D.)
F. Please note that "postponed due to Covid-19" includes government closures, mandatory lockdowns as well as anyone in your household testing positive- if any of these are the reason for a postponed session client can reschedule or transfer session balance (Please See D and E.)
G. If Photographer or anyone in photographer's household is sick session will be rescheduled or session balance can be transferred at the discression of the client. No refund will be given.
H. Due to Covid-19 social distancing guidelines only 2 people are allowed during the session for indoor sessions. Outdoor sessions are not limited but any persons there with clients who are not getting photos taken must wear a mask and remain 6 feet from photographer.
I. Due to Covid-19 being present in individuals without them showing symptoms (asymptomatic) the photographer will not be held liable should a client become ill any time after the day of their session. That being said the photographer will be wearing a mask throughout the session as well as utilizing hand sanitzer and other sanitizing products before,during and after all sessions.
J. It is the responsibility of the client as well as photographer to notify everyone that was present during a session that they or someone in their household has tested positive within 5-10 days of the session date.
K. All individuals present during session who are not being photographed (i.e parent accompanying child) must be wearing a mask at all times during the session.
L. Policies are subject to change dependent on new research on Covid-19 which may result in signing of a new contract
