In regards to the current situation with Cov-19 we have a lot of inquiries about changing and cancelling flight tickets. We are prioritizing contact with our Snowminds instructors who are abroad at the moment.
After you have filled in the form, we will get back to you as soon as possible within the next few days. We can not rush this process as we are depending on our partners with flight bookings. Please do not call to get a quicker answer as this will only make it longer.
NOTE! If you wish to travel sooner than we can change your flight ticket, we recommend for you to buy a new ticket after you have received a confirmation from your insurance company. After this you can fill in this form and ask us to cancel your current return ticket.
If you want to CANCEL your ticket.
Please note that all airlines have different rules regarding cancellations. Snowminds is not able to influence the decision of the airline.
Also, we aren't able to confirm that the airline will provide a refund or the amount until the cancellation has been confirmed. Once a ticket is canceled it cannot be undone. The amount varies but is often much less than half the ticket price and we have experienced, without that being any promise, refunds of around 180 Euro.
If you want to CHANGE your ticket.
If you wish to change your flight ticket you can send us a request by filling out the form on the next pages and press "send request".
After this, you will receive an e-mail with an offer to change your flight within 48 hours.
The price of changing the flight ticket includes fixed fees and the price difference between the existing and the new flight ticket.
If you wish to confirm the flight change, you can do so via the payment link in the mail with the offer to change the flight.
Note!
We cannot guarantee any change requests since all airlines have different rules for changes.
Ticket changes are always dependent on seat availabilities and other factors we cannot control.
You will need to send your change request absolutely latest 3 weekdays (72 hours) before your departure time.
Please also note that the change request is not confirmed before we have issued a new ticket, which means, that the price for the change can increase even after you have paid the amount via the payment link.
Luggage
If you need to purchase a piece of extra luggage (2nd luggage) and it isn't included in your flight ticket, make sure to keep the receipt, so we can help you in the best possible way.
Insurance and visa
If you extend your travels we also need to extend your travel insurance, so that you are covered for your extended trip.
You also need to make sure to extend your visa and investigate the visa requirements for possible route changes (Added new destinations on the return flight). You can look for requirements on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
