Quarterly Report to the GCCN Plenary

The GCCN representatives are kindly asked to submit info for the Quarterly Report to the GCCN Plenary.

To submit the info please:

• consult with the other GCCN Reps on the same Structure and decide on the main info to be shared;

• decide among yourselves who will fill out this form and submit only once per Structure;

• keep answers brief and focused. See the image below for reference. Only add 2-3 main bullet points;

• decide among yourselves who will present the presentation at the Plenary. This will need to be brief (2-3mins max);

• Please submit the info two weeks prior to each Plenary meeting. This will allow the Support Worker to include the information submitted into the Plenary presentation and share the report with all GCCN members prior to the Plenary to generate further involvement.
