***Please note that ID Cards are given only given to licensed and ordained ministers with E4N. If you are not licensed with us please contact our office and one of our staff members will assist you. ID's can be withheld by the office Superintendent if a licensed and or ordained minister is not in right standing with the E4N/IPHC Conference and or their bylaws. Reasons a license can be withheld: Moral Failure, Tithing, and reporting is not up to date, no communication from Licensee to office, not attending required events (Annual Conference held in July), Failure to communicate absence for required events, etc. Please see the IPHC manual for more reasons why a license can be withheld.
