    Other things that are the responsibility of the owner may include: appliance repairs, ac repairs, tree trimming/removal, trimming of trees hitting the roof/cars, pressure washing of home and driveways, gutter cleaning, screen repairs, appliance repairs, fence repair, dryer vent cleaning and smoke alarm replacements to name some.

    We recommend a max of 2 pets per property in any combination and must be at least 1 year old and a max of 50# per pet. We have aggressive breed restrictions.
