• Community Service Reporting

Investing in our youth to produce strong leaders that impact and contribute to their communities.
  • The Sting Soccer Foundation believes in the importance of giving back through active community service. It is fundamental that our players understand this and adopt our attitude and servitude. We require our players to use this community service form to report their hours. The form is for their benefit: to serve as accountability and acknowledgement of the service they have performed.

Please note this submission form should be submitted for each community service performed.

  • GUIDELINES:

    Players must:

    1. Refuse to accept payment for their service.
    2. Perform work for a non-profit organization.
    3. Complete work for someone who is not related to them.
    4. Perform work beyond attending service or youth groups for religious organizations.
    5. Have a person supervise them.
    6. Have a supervisor sign their form.
