YES asks that our volunteer mentors dedicate at least one hour per month for the duration of the 2019-2020 school year (October-May). This will allow you to build meaningful relationships with your student.

Mentoring takes place between 4-6pm at YES Centers during the week.

If you are interested in volunteering with any of our programs where you will interact directly with children, please understand that a background check is required by Tennessee state law. In addition to ensuring safe relationships for our children, we are required to collect this information by funding sources.
