Our Duty of Confidentiality:
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Striker Institute and the Recipient shall, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter as provided herein, take all reasonable measures to prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information. In the event the Striker Institute shall be legally compelled to disclose any Confidential Information, Recipient will provide Discloser with the advance written notice and shall not be held liable for such Disclosure.
