I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.
I have been baptized after my salvation experience.
I faithfully attend my Small Group or Ignite (Wed. night) each week.

I am willing to take off work in order to attend my teams outreach and/or practice.
I will be ready and in the youth room by 5:30 pm on Wednesday when my team is leading worship.
