Mantis Winter Camp Registration

Please complete the form below to sign up for Mantis Outdoor Adventure Camp. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you by e-mail.
This winter break, Mantis Outdoor Adventure Camp offers three 3-day sessions, 9am to 3pm daily. The cost is 8,500 baht per child, including all activities, lunches & snacks, t-shirt, insurance, and transport to and from Get Growing Farm by private van and ferry (with life jackets).

We will meet at 9am at Phrom Phong BTS station (outside Emporium) each morning, and go to the farm together. Kids are to be picked up at Phrom Phong at 3pm.

Children can sign up for one or more weeks as the activities will vary. The camp is suitable for ages 5 to 12.

Daily activities include supervised outdoors play, obstacles courses, strengthening and coordination exercises, games, and swimming (optional). There are also farm activities such as feeding animals.

By submitting this form, parents or legal guardians agree that:

Liability Release: Parents or legal guardians of all students recognize and understand the risks of physical injury inherent to active outdoor pursuits and fully assume those risks. You hereby release BKK Kids Ltd. Partnership and 4Mantis Co., Ltd., its affiliate venues/studios, event sponsors, employees and teachers from all liability, costs and judgements for injuries sustained, illnesses contracted, or damages occurred to any person or property while your child(ren) attend or participate in any martial arts and/or adventure camps, classes, workshops, or performances.

Medical Attention: In case of physical injury or medical emergency, the parents or legal guardians understand that we will attempt to notify the person(s) you have named as your emergency contact(s) on the registration form. Should it be required, you hereby authorize us to make arrangements to transport your child to the nearest medical treatment facility as necessary. Over the duration of each camp session, from 9am to 3pm daily, we have accident insurance coverage, which is limited to a per incident basis; any additional transportation and medical treatment incurred will be at your sole expense.

Food and Other Allergies: In the case of food and other allergies of camp participants, we will accommodate each child as best as we possibly can. While we must be informed of such allergies in advance, we cannot guarantee that the participant will be completely free from such allergens and thereby assume no responsibility in the case of any allergic reactions.

Media Release: BKK Kids Ltd. Partnership and 4Mantis Co., Ltd. reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during camps, classes, workshops, performances, or other affiliated events for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting our facility and programs. We will never tag or name any featured students. Parent or legal guardians who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify BKK Kids Ltd. Partnership and 4Mantis Co., Ltd. in writing prior to participation in our camps or classes.
