  • Proposal for External Event on Saint Martin's University Campus

    All external organizations holding an event on Saint Martin's campus must sign a contract provided by Event Services and procure insurance to safeguard the university from undue liability. The information you provide below will help us to better assess if additional documentation is required and whether an event will impact Saint Martin's allowable pecuniary gain tax status. Please provide as much advance notice as possible as insurance may take time to procure.
  • Important: Submission of this request does not guarantee approval of hosting or co-sponsoring designation.

    There are three levels of support:

    • Hosted events – Fees waived for room rental; set-up fees and any AV costs will be assessed and can either be paid by the external partner or via interdepartmental transfer.
    • Co-sponsored events – Fees discounted for room rental; set-up fees and any AV costs will be assessed.
    • Non-sponsored events – No fees will be waived nor discounted; external partner will need to pay room rental fees as well as any set-up or AV costs.
