Wedding Contract
Dear Bride:

Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you have chosen the room. Hair Design Studio to be a part of your special day. We require a few things in order to confirm your appointment date and time.

Please be aware that this is a $100 deposit is due to “Save the date”. The deposit will be forfeited if there are ANY changes made to contract within one month of the wedding. You may use this deposit on your big day or it can be returned in cash. If wedding is booked more than 4 months out stylists are subject to change. In addition to a perfect style for your wedding day you also need perfect color! If hair is currently colored/lightened in any way there will need to be a color service booked at the room. prior to wedding to make sure your color is flawless. Special occasion hair starts at $65 and could vary depending on amount of hair, extensions, or hair pieces. If services are done in salon, mimosas and bagels/muffins will be provided complimentary along with goodie bags to take home. Most importantly, we make sure you have fun!

Prices of other services (color, cutting, foot soak) will depend on the service providers level and the exact services being received. Levels are based off of the service's demand for time, not experience or skill.

Haircolor

If the Bride currently has any hair-coloring done it is required that 'the room.' refreshes the color before the big day to have the bride looking flawless! This is includes all over color, highlights, balayage etc..

Makeup
We have two on staff Make up Artists available on staff or you have the option to bring in your own independent artist. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing makeup applications so we can make sure an artist is available for that day. Make up pricing starts at $45 and can go up depending on glam looks or lashes. If you have your own make-up artist that you would like to bring or you choose to do your own make up at the salon there will be a housing fee of $50 per artist. All independent make up pricing/ travel fees will be seprate from the room.'s

Reminder
-Be sure all members of the bridal party wash and blow dry hair back away from face with Guts 10. Do not put in ponytail or headbands. If member of party has natural curly hair they can air dry hair away from face.

- Please remember all accessories (veils, flowers, etc.)

- Wear a button down shirt on the day of the wedding.

- Arrive for your services with your entire party on time; please consider our guests who are scheduled after you. If a wedding party is late for the stylist, the stylist may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the services on original contract cannot be fulfilled due to clients tardiness, services may be reduced. However, clients are liable for the original total fee.
Terms and Conditions of Agreement
Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to hold the date of your event. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. You may use this $100 for any services for the wedding or it can be returned back to you in cash the day of wedding.

CANCELLATION

There shall be NO refund of deposit if any changes within 1 month of the date. This includes any cancelations or no shows due to the high probability that the room. will not be able to further book that date.

INCLEMENT WEATHER CHARGE

If services are done on site in the event of severe weather, including but not limiting, a blizzard, severe rain storm or other unforeseeable events the room. may make the decision that it’s unsafe to drive home, and hotel stay will be billed to the client.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS

The wedding couple agrees to reimburse the room. for all reasonable expenses relating directly to the wedding event itself. For example, parking fees, destination travel fees, accommodations, etc. the room. will bill the wedding couple after the event. Both parties agree to discuss this thoroughly to avoid any surprises as to what will constitute an expense and the room. agrees to supply expense receipts if so requested. Travel fees include: $.60 a mile to and from location/salon and a $100 convience fee.

All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client agrees to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.
