Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to hold the date of your event. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. You may use this $100 for any services for the wedding or it can be returned back to you in cash the day of wedding.
CANCELLATION
There shall be NO refund of deposit if any changes within 1 month of the date. This includes any cancelations or no shows due to the high probability that the room. will not be able to further book that date.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CHARGE
If services are done on site in the event of severe weather, including but not limiting, a blizzard, severe rain storm or other unforeseeable events the room. may make the decision that it’s unsafe to drive home, and hotel stay will be billed to the client.
EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS
The wedding couple agrees to reimburse the room. for all reasonable expenses relating directly to the wedding event itself. For example, parking fees, destination travel fees, accommodations, etc. the room. will bill the wedding couple after the event. Both parties agree to discuss this thoroughly to avoid any surprises as to what will constitute an expense and the room. agrees to supply expense receipts if so requested. Travel fees include: $.60 a mile to and from location/salon and a $100 convience fee.
