I further agree to maintain a food station & to provide a server at said food station for the aforementioned time period as stated above. I also agree to have the food station & server in place by 10:00 AM & ready to serve from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All tables, tents, serving pieces, heating elements, food warmers, refrigeration, etc. are the sole responsibility of the food purveyor/vendor. Power is limited and not available to all vendors. *WE ARE PROMOTING LOCAL SEAFOOD AND SUSTAINABLE DISHES AT THIS EVENT. IF LOCAL SEAFOOD IS AVAILABLE, ALL VENDORS SHOULD ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE LOCAL SEAFOOD.
This event is open to restaurants and food vendors on a first come first serve basis, so please get your forms turned in as soon as possible. Your application will be reviewed and someone will get back to you. Vendors are asked to prepare 1,000+ portions for service throughout the day. The participation fee is 25% of your revenue or $250.00 (whichever is greater). Tickets will be sold for food purchases. One ticket is equal to one dollar. No food item may exceed $5.00 each. No merchandise or beverages may be sold. Throughout the day your tickets will be collected and counted. At the end of the day you will receive cash back in exchange for the tickets, minus the participation fee.
This is a great opportunity for you to market your dining establishment, food quality, advertise your restaurant, make a charitable donation and have a great time in the process all with this one charitable local event.
