Thank you for your interest in having your Juliette Girl Scout paticipate in Product Program. Please complete this form to sign them up and recieve sales materials.

I give permission for my Girl Scout:

MSP Snack items and rewards for both Programs will be available in your neighborhood Service Unit for pick up.

Juliette Participation Policies:

-All monies earned is the property of Girl Scouts of North East Ohio and is not to be retained by any one individual.

-Girl Scouts of North East Ohio will take necessary steps to recover all outstanding debts.

-I understand that product ordered may not be returned.

-I will be sure my Girl Scout follows appropriate safety guidelines.

-I agree to accept financial responsibility for all orders and monies for which my Girl Scout is accountable, and will observe and adhere to all procedures and deadlines imposed.
