Submit Wedding Contract 

This Agreement will constitute a binding contract between both parties. The individuals submitting the form represent that each party is authorized to bind themselves to this Agreement and have read and understand all agreements.

Both parties, submit this agreement in acknowledgement of reviewing the on-line contracts that apply to their wedding event. Both parties are undersigned contracting parties, hereby warrant that they are competent to contract in their own names. Both parties confirm that they have read the agreements and are fully familiar with and understand the contents thereof.

Hold Harmless and Indemnify: Both Parties, their heirs and assigns, shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ceremony Way/Ema Drouillard/The Studio/Images by Ema, its officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs of litigation, incurred as a result of either party’s breach of this contract. The right of indemnification shall survive the termination of the contract.

Dispute resolution process: A claim for breach of this contract that the parties cannot resolve in the ordinary course of business shall be submitted to Small Claims Court in Marin County, California. The Parties consent and agree to jurisdiction of the Marin County California and to be bound by any judgment thereof. 

Any misunderstanding will be resolved in mutual agreement, you are encouraged to communicate directly with us to resolve any issue that takes place. This agreement shall be bending upon parties and their heirs, legal representative and assigns. Submitting this form certifies that you have made a complete copy of said agreements and contracts.
