  • Welcome to Triunity Coaching!

I am looking forward to working with you and assisting you on your journey to meet your goals and find your true self.  Before we begin, it is important you understand the coaching process; what it is, what it isn't, and what you should expect.  Please read through the following information and let me know if you have any questions.

    Terms of Coaching:

Coaching is a dynamic process.  Your goals today may stay the same or may change over time.  Many people experience change in a short period of time.  However, in order to make lasting change and significant impacts on your life, the process can take several months.  The timeline of our coaching relationship is whatever you feel comfortable with and can take as many or as little sessions as you would like.  That being said, I would advise you to expect our coaching relationship to last a minimum of 3 months.

    Fees:

Fees are payable to Triunity Coaching, LLC.  Fees will be set in advance via a payment schedule. Payment is due monthly ahead of sessions.  Any unused sessions will be refunded but I request a 2 weeks notice should you wish to discontinue your sessions. Current payment options include PayPal, Zelle, or Credit Card.

    Procedure:

These sessions are for you and to help you meet your goals.  I suggest that you complete the Session Preparation Form found on the website and submit it in prior to your session.  These forms are meant to assist you and can help us get into sessions much faster.  If you do not complete this form, we can discuss at the beginning of the session, but it will deduct from coaching time.

Sessions will occur at the discussed time.  I will call you, unless we make other arrangements.

    Changes:

If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give me 24 hours notice whenever possible.  I understand that life events happen and so there will be no charge to cancel/reschedule your session if notice is provided.  Please advise as soon as you know you will not make the session.  If you do not show up for a scheduled session, for any reason, and provide no notice you will be charged for that session.   If I need to reschedule, I will give you at least 24 hours notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.   That being said, I try to be as flexible as possible, so if you would like to make changes to your schedule, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate when I can.

    Between Calls:

Should you need to contact me between sessions, I will do my best to reply to you within 24 hours.  You may contact me via text or email, a brief phone call can be arranged if necessary.

Email me any time at triunitycoaching@gmail.com or text me at 321-345-3309 to reach me with ideas, problems, questions, etc.

    Problems:

While it is my goal to avoid disharmony and conflict in our time together, I do understand that sometimes things can be misunderstood and problems may arise.  Should I ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it to my attention so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.  My objective is to have a coaching relationship that is fully open, honest, real and trusting in our communication styles.  We should both realize that communication via telephone or email entails extra challenges since we cannot see body language, facial expressions, etc.  I hope you will feel comfortable discussing any concerns that may arise throughout our time together.

    Coaching Agreement:

As your Coach I agree to the following statements:

    1.    I agree to serve as your Coach - to partner with you to identify and achieve your personal and/or professional goals.

    2.    As your Coach, I cannot guarantee results.  You will create powerful results by having the courage and determination to forward the action in your life.

    3.    During the time we spend together in our coaching sessions, I will devote my time, thoughts, and energy to you, exclusively.  In between our sessions, I may not be instantly available, as I may be attending to others, or myself.  I will however, always attempt to be available within 24 hours.

    4.    I am a Coach, not a psychotherapist or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions.  If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, I insist that you must attend to your health by contacting the appropriate professional.

    5.    As your Coach, I will bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in you and commitment to your success.  You can expect me to challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning homework), acknowledge your wins, and guarantee utmost confidentiality (to the fullest extent of the law, and so long as I don't fear for your or another's safety) in the powerful, sacred relationship.

As a Coach, I am bound to abide by the ICF Ethical Principles and Code of Ethics, please familiarize yourself with them, they can be found at the International Coaching Federation’s webpage here: https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics.

    Client Agreement

By entering into this agreement, you as a client you agree to the following:

    1.    I am motivated and committed to taking action on my determined personal and professional goals.  I realize that anything less than my intentional full participation will not lead to my success.

    2.    I accept full responsibility for myself and any actions I take that might result from Coaching.

    3.    I am under the care of a physician and healthy enough to engage in coaching.

    4.    I can financially afford the Coaching fee at this time.  I agree to pay (or be autocharged) promptly by the first of the month for that month's fee.  I agree that ultimately, it is my responsibility that my coach gets paid for the services I use.

    5.    I agree to honor my scheduled session times.
