Once you submit the booking form, we will email you an invoice. A non refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking and teepee choices. The deposit will be part of the cost of the party. Full payment is required 1 week prior to party date. The Business reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received prior to delivery.
if you choose to cancel a party for any reason your deposit will not be refunded.
Bond: $50.00 cash paid on setup, this will ve fully refunded on day of collection with the condition of everything being in the same condition as hired, broken, lost, or damages will incur a fee of the total price to replace that item.
The Hirer must ensure that there is adequate space and furniture has been moved if necessary prior to our arrival.
All floor areas must be clean from dirt and dust before set up commences.
Use of equipment: The Hirer is responsible for checking the equipment upon delivery and should contact the business on 0435 554 324 immediately if any damage is discovered. Advice after the function will not be considered and the Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment.
Cleaning - A cleaning charge will be applied per piece of equipment if found excessively dirty. Bedding does not need to be washed, but if it is returned stained and excessively dirty a cleaning fee will apply. All hire equipment, linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry.
A non smoking environment must be provided at all times during the rental. If we arrive to find the house smelling like cigarette smoke, the party will be cancelled without refund. Please keep your pets away from the teepees and off the mattresses.
