I understand and agree that I am signing up for Pre-Paid Monthly service with no contract provided by StraightUpNet. If payment is not received by the monthly due date my service will be disconnected. The reconnection fee without a visit to my site is $15. If a site visit is necessary then a $50 reconnection fee will apply.
If the installation technician is unable to obtain an acceptable signal at my location, I understand that I am under NO obligation to fulfill any part of this agreement as it becomes null and void. Additionally, the technician will accept the return of the customer equipment and I will be refunded the full purchase price.
