    AGREEMENT made this day (submission date) by and between Client hereinafter referred to as CLIENT and DJ MIKE ENT. hereinafter referred to as DJ COMPANY. This Agreement is non-negotiable and should not be altered by the CLIENT. This Agreement supersedes any other documents, correspondence, or conversation.

    PROHIBITED EVENTS:
    The DJ COMPANY will not provide service for Pool Parties. 

    ASSIGNED DJ:
    DJ MIKE will be the assigned DJ for your event. In the unlikely event that DJ MIKE is unable to service your event, for any reason, another DJ on our team will be assigned with or without notice. 

    SERVICE FEES: 
    1.) Payment IN-FULL is due at the time of booking. Your payment is Non-Refundable.

    2.) OVERTIME FEE: If you request additional time now or at the event, the Overtime Fee will be $200.00 an hour. The fee will be charged at the time of request and is payable by Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, CashApp or Venmo.
    NOTE: PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REQUEST, NOT AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT.  

    3.) NO REFUNDS/CREDIT: NO refunds or credit of any kind will be given for payment(s) made to the DJ COMPANY. This includes, but limited to your event ending early or in the case of an event shutdown.

    DISCLAIMER FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS:
    In the event of inclement weather on the day of the event such as extreme heat, cold, high winds, snow, etc., DJ MIKE will require an indoor setup. If an indoor location is not available, the service will be canceled for the safety of the DJ and equipment. A voucher for service will be provided, which may be used within one (1) year from the event date.

    OTHER VENDORS/PERFORMERS:
    The DJ COMPANY will NOT allow other vendors or performers to use or have access to our DJ equipment, sound-system, or lighting equipment. Any other vendor or performer that is hired by you, the Client, for the event must also provide their own equipment needed for the service they will be providing to you. All equipment provided by the DJ is for the sole use of the DJ only, NO exceptions.

    b.) I've submitted my Non-Refundable payment IN FULL via credit/debit card to DJ MIKE ENTERTAINMENT. This payment will be processed by STRIPE. 

    c.) I understand and agree that I will be prosecuted for THEFT OF SERVICES in the event I submit a fraudulent credit/debit card chargeback claim, which I will be stealing services from the COMPANY. I understand that the COMPANY will also pursue me for lost profits for disruption in the COMPANY's business operation, administration time for gathering evidence and dealing with the case from start to end, and Attorney's fees.

    [ADD-ON] CLUB-STYLE LIGHTING (non-refundable). This add-on provides you with a Club-Style Lighting experience with moving lighting, strobes, and lasers.

    [ADD-ON] KARAOKE SERVICE (non-refundable). This add-on will provide you with our Karaoke service, Karaoke songs, 2-Microphones, and a TV Monitor for scrolling lyrics.
