Client services and chart information are confidential. Written authorization is required from you to release any information.
Your scheduled session is set aside for you. We do not double book appointments
Make Me Mink prides itself to be #1 in natural lash health
Our customer service will always be impeccable
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will automatically be resechudled to give everyone their desired service time
24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for your session
You will ALWAYS have a consultation with your lash tech to discuss your upcoming lash session
I understand that my lash tech or I may end the session at any time for any reason
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations within 24 hours, or no shows will be charged at 1/3 of your service price. This is to cover the loss of earnings from that appointment that we now cannot fill at such short notice.
Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will also have a $20 charge added to the service price – this is again to cover our loss of earning from that appointment.
Please arrive on time as you have a designated time slot. Our appointment times are more than enough to ensure you receive your treatment. Lateness will erode your appointment time, and cause problems for other clients after you. In this event, you will need to reschedule unless otherwise advised.

Client Agreement:
The information that I have provided is true to the best of my knowledge. I give permission to Make Me Mink Lashes llc to perform the lash extension / brow procedure and understand that they will take every precaution to minimalize or eliminate any negative reactions that may occur as a result of the treatment.
I agree to follow the aftercare advice given and understand that failure to do so can cause premature loss of the lashes and, as such, Make Me Mink Lashes llc will not be held responsible.
If, for any reason, I am unhappy with my treatment then I MUST inform my Make Me Mink Lash technician ASAP, and no later than 3 days after treatment.
I understand that Make Me Mink Lashes llc will not issue refunds on any lash treatments, but will always work with the client in the rare event of any problems.
This agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future the lash / brow treatments and I must inform Make Me Mink lashes llc if my medical history changes.
