In order to submit a bid the below items are MANDATORY

You MUST be prequalified with Barton Malow.
If you are a joint venture, all firms named in the joint venture must be prequalified with Barton Malow.
You MUST be registered with Barton Malow.
You MUST be signatory to a local union and provide proof.
Joint Venture Agreements must be reviewed by the Owner's Advocate MCL Jasco and Barton Malow.

If contractor fails to provide proof of union signatory status at time of bid, contractor acknowledges that the bid will be disqualified.
