  • Terms of Service:

    - This form is ONLY your order, not a payment.  A separate invoice will be emailed to you from greyavenuephotography@gmail.com with 24 hours of submission of this order form.  It will include your final order details, so please check that it is correct, as well as the total amount due.  You will also receive a text message letting you know your invoice is ready to be paid.  Your order will not be sent to the lab for processing until I receive your payment.
    - Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date you receive your invoice for final edited gallery and allow up to 4 weeks for prints to be delivered to you.
    - Sales tax is NOT included in package prices or add-on options (Michigan sales tax is 6%)
