    Witnessing signatures: Verifying the identity of signatories and their voluntary execution of documents.
    Administering oaths and affirmations: Officially swearing in individuals for testimonies or affidavits.
    Taking acknowledgments: Certifying that individuals have personally appeared before the notary and acknowledged their signatures.
    Certifying copies: Attesting that a photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of an original document.
    Please note: Travel convenience fees may be higher for locations outside of Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William counties. An additional emergency service fee applies for immediate service requests, and a Sunday convenience fee may also be added.                 Apostille Process. Apostille is an official certificate from a government that makes a document from one country acceptable in another. We can notarize your document, and have it delivered to the secretary of the commonwealth for authentication. (Stand-alone Service)

                Loan Signing
                Property & Real Estate Signings. The charge for administering mortgages, loans, HELOC, quick claim deeds, transfer on death deeds, and all property & real estate document signing services includes the Notary Act and the traveling convenience fee.

                Witness
                Witness Provided. If documents require an additional disinterest witness. By appointment only with at least 24-hour notice. (Requires a notary act with a travel fee.)

                Employment i-9 Verification . Authorized Agent to verify documents for employment. (Stand-alone Service)

                All Other Services
                Jail Notary Services. We travel to Loudoun County Adult Detention Center to have documents notaried—email information.

                Administration Cost. *Printing Documents to bring for notarizing *Mailing of notarized documents with a provided shipping label.*Printing excessive loan pages over 150.*Scan back documents into PDF for emailing.



                Document Delivery without provided label. Delivery of documents by FedEx or UPS (standard overnight mailing cost - 2024, before 5:00pm)



                Fingerprinting. We provide traveling fingerprinting services in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William County in Virginia. We travel to you, set up a place for fingerprinting, administer the printing on FD-258 cards, and provide wipes for cleaning fingers. Additional individuals needing prints are available for an additional cost. Additional cards are available for an additional cost. (Requires a notary act with travel fee.)



                Additional Fingerprinting Cards. Additional Fingerprinting cards (maximum 2 per individual)



                Concierge Service. Professional services for businesses and individuals. Specialty work that needs a one-time scheduled task for completion. (stand-alone service typically does not require a stamp.)



                Courthouse Document Filing and Retrieval . Retrieve documents from Loudoun and Fairfax County Courthouses in Virginia. Delivery and file documents on behalf of the client. May also receive other documents from other locations.



                Trust, Advance Directives, Wills and Testaments . Living Will A living will, also known as a healthcare directive, is a legal document that outlines your wishes for medical care if you are incapacitated and unable to make decisions.
