Upon completion of your camper's registration form, please submit your camper's "Personal & Medical Form". To view and complete Click Here. We must have this form in order to fully process your child's registration.
If your camper would like to play paintball, purchase daily tuck, a Hollows Camp t-shirt or rent a riding helmet or riding safety vest please select for payment below.
If paying deposit only balance is due April 1st, 2020.
