We cordially invite you to apply for the 17th Annual Mistletoe Market.
This outdoor holiday shopping event will take place in the footprint of the Chesterton European Market, located in beautiful downtown Chesterton.
This application and payment have not been turned in by October 23th your space will be offered to the next available vendor. Payment along with the application is due by October 23rd to guarantee your spot.
Additionally, electricity will not be available to anyone, aside from food merchants and live musicians, at this time. (Please note, this may change.)
Mistletoe Market hours will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th. Set up will occur the morning of the event and can start as early as 6am.
All accepted Mistletoe Market merchants must submit payment of $60.00 per 10’x 10’ space ($65 for food merchants requiring electricity) prior to October 23rd. Failure to submit payment will result in the loss of booth space. Cash, check or credit card are accepted.
Tents are required, and a limited number are available for rent for a $10 charge. Merchants must bring their own tables, chairs and extension cords as needed. Additionally, if Vendors wish to use propane heaters in their tents(as this is an outside event) this is allowed as long as gas bottles are secured and fire extinguishers are present. these safety concerns are MANDATORY and the responsibility of the vendor.
