Please review the Reservation Policy prior to submitting this form. Once the form is submitted you are indicating that you are aware of all policies, procedures, and fee requirements. No events will be booked at the Greensboro Sportsplex until all requirements have been satisfied.

Basketball/Volleyball Courts/Rink (single use)	$70/hour/court
Basketball/Volleyball Courts/Rink (tournament use)	$70/game/court
Activity Room	$70/hour
Meeting Room	$70/hour

*Tournaments and special event pricing may be negotiated under special circumstances

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GREENSBORO SPORTSPLEX

A $1,000,000.00 comprehensive general liability policy. “City of Greensboro 301 S. Greene St., Greensboro, NC 27401” must be named as an “additional insured” and “certificate holder”. Certificate of Insurance and Endorsements Page must be submitted.

Anyone who submits a form should be aware that in accordance with the North Carolina Public Records law, found in North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 132, their e-mail address is considered public record.
