Eligibility: Health services research trainee affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania or CHOP, including (a) PhD students, (b) post-doctoral fellows, (c) residents/fellows actively engaged in research or research training, (d) MD-MSHP students, and (e) instructors. If you are interested in becoming an LDI Associate Fellow, please complete this online application and submit the required documents electronically. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Associate Fellows are appointed for the duration of their education program, training program, or instructor assignment.

Engagement with LDI

LDI Associate Fellows are required to spend approximately 75-100 hours per year on activities related to LDI’s mission. Qualifying activities are broadly defined and include many forms of collaboration, participation, and engagement with LDI and the LDI community.
