School Group In Person Program Request Form

School Group Programs Terms & Conditions
- Admission fees are $6 per student.
- Philadelphia public and charter schools receive discounted admission at $3 per student.
- Art lesson fees are $5 per student.
- Teachers and chaperones are free on a ratio of 1 adult for every 10 students. Additional chaperones pay student rate of $6.
- Bus subsidies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Lunch space is available; subject to restrictions and availabity. Must be requested at time of request submission.

  - If funding is not avialble, admission prices:
    
    School Distict of Philadelphia schools & charters $2 per student
    
    All other groups $5 per student

Bus Booking: Are you interested in subsidized transportation? May be available for groups of at least 15 students. Subject to group location, funding availability, and on a first come - first serve basis. *
Lunch Space: Are you interested in reserving a lunch space? Lunch space must be requested at time of booking. Subject to availability and limited to 30 Students max. *
Please note, PAFA does not have any lunch services available to school groups and only provides a lunch space.
