Estate Scouter will locate prime properties for your acquisition using conventional and unconventional property search methods that meet your customized criteria with no upfront capital involved. Just $500 or $1000 commission when a deal is closed on a provided property. (If a property closes at $250,000 or below Estate Scouter recieves a $500 commission and if the property closes above 250,000 Estate Scouter recieves a $1,000 commission)
