Assigned passwords/ account information are NOT to be changed once assigned. Any software, memberships, online accounts, etc. are to be logged with username(s) & password(s) and submitted annually and upon request to accounting. As we work in a high-risk theft environment, employees are responsible for taking steps to minimize losses. If you believe a data breach or theft has occurred, report the incident to Accounting immediately.
