WHOLESALE – CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
THIS WHOLESALE AGREEMENT is between {business} the (“Customer”) and B Holding Group LLC, a New York State limited liability company, located in Atlanta, GA (“b condoms").

- The Customer understands that b condoms will use its best efforts to fulfill all orders requested in a timely manner but understands that they are not responsible for 3rd party shipping delays or errors.
- The Customer agrees to NOT resell b condoms on Amazon, eBay, other 3rd party reseller sites.
- The Customer understands that b condoms cannot guarantee the ultimate satisfaction Customer’s end user for purchases associated with this product and shall not be entitled to receive monetary compensation or a refund of any amounts owing or paid by the Customer to b condoms.
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and to hold b condoms harmless from suits, actions, claims, damages, liability, and expenses arising from, or related to products purchased from b condoms.
