Silver Screen VII Private Party & Rental Request Form

Thank you for your interest in renting the theatre for your private event. Please fill out the information below as much as possible, so we can best address your needs. After your request is received, please expect a representative to reach out to you within 3 days.
Private Rentals must be scheduled during non-business hours, at least 1 month in advance.**

Rental time is the time the movie is planned to begin. Doors open for set-up and arrival 30 min prior to start of movie. 3 hours 15 minuts total are included. (A 10:30am party would include from 10am thru 1:15pm, with the movie to beign at 10:30am.)

August thru May, Private Rentals can be scheduled on: Mon-Thurs at 3:30pm and earlier; Fridays at 1pm and earlier; Sat & Sun at 10:30am and earlier. Tues-Thurs can also accommodate 9:30pm rentals.

June thru July, Private Rentals can be schedule on: Mon-Fri 1pm and earlier; Sat & Sun at 10:30am and earlier and Tues-Thurs at 9:30pm.

"With Concessions Open" indicates that the concessions are not included with the rental cost, but guests can purchase their own concessions, if desired.

"With No Concessions Allowd" indicates that the concession stand will not be open for purchases and none are provided.

"With Small Drink and Small Popcorn provided" indicates that the rental includes those items for each guest. The Contact renting the theatre can choose to have additional concessions available on their "tab" or open for purchase, including refills of popcorn and drinks.

Number of People includes children, parents, students, teachers, bus drivers, guests, and other. Count will be verified the day of the event.

Outside food and drink not permitted, other than cake/cupcakes for birthday parties. Thank you.
Safe at Silver Screen Rental option for up to 25 people (Limited Time):
This rental only includes time from 15 minutes before the movie is set to begin to 15 minutes after the movie ends.

For individuals renting the theatre:

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to hold the date - the deposit is applied to the total rental. (Deposits can be paid at the SSVII Box Office in person or via phone, via cash or credit card). The Box Office opens at least 30 minutes before the first showtime each day. Deposit is requested 1 month prior to the event date. **If request is not made 1 month in advance, a $50 short-notice charge will be applied. Balance is due the day of the rental.
