The following constitutes the Photography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Bautista Photography. Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Michael or Angela if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records.

PERMITS: The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the COMPANY will be performing services.

Replacment*

In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer from Bautista Photography is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the Bautista Photography,Bautista Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S).

TIME OF SHOOTING*

Bautista Photography will establish an arrival time for the wedding date with the client prior to that date and remain on duty for the number of hours included in the package. Coverage hours included in the package are for the wedding date only and must be consecutive. If more hours are needed, you must upgrade your package to the next level package. Adding additional hours is only included for the Platinum 12hour package.

Lost/stolen*

In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Bautista Photography control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the Bautista Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S).

FEEDING THE PHOTOGRAPHER(S)

FEEDING THE PHOTOGRAPHER(S): Meals will be provided to the Photographer(s)at appropriate meal times during the wedding day when there are six or more hours of coverage. Meals are to be provided at the time the Bride & groom are eating. The Caterer may not require that the Photographer(s) should be made to wait until all the guests have eaten or been served before the Photographer is provided food. Please discuss these details and meals with your caterer. The Photographer must be able to eat as near to the time as the Bride and Groom eat to ensure that the Photographer(s) can be finished eating before the toasts or any other part of the reception occurs that should be photographed.
