24 hours notice is required for an absence to be make-up eligible. However, if your student is sick, please keep them home; 1 hours notice is sufficient for sudden onset illness. If sick, indicate here.

Make-Up Policies

1. Please make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled class. Make-ups are very limited. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, it may not always be possible.

2. Makes-ups are scheduled when other students are absent. For this reason, we require at least 24 hours advance notice for absence to be eligible for a make-up. It is very helpful to know about weekend absences by Thursday afternoon. No make-ups will be given for absences reported with less than 24 hours advance notice.

3. All make-ups must be scheduled in advance with the office. Your make-up is not officially booked until you receive a confirmation from the office administration.

4. Once a make-up is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled.

5. Make-ups must be scheduled within 8 weeks from the date of absence and a maximum of 2 make-ups are allowed per month. If we are not able to fill your make-up request in 2 weeks, please resubmit.

6. Make-ups may not be done in months when the student is not enrolled, and do not take the place of regularly scheduled classes. No tuition credit is given for missed classes. Make-ups are forfeited when a student cancels.

7. Tuition pays for 4 classes per calendar month. If Drawn2Art closes on one of the 5 classes of the month, no make-up will be offered.
