Immigration Law Compliance: In compliance with federal law, each new employee, as a condition of employment, must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States.
Background Check Requirements: Keystone Science School conducts thorough background investigations on all new hires and returning employees. Employment will not be granted until a clear background check is obtained. At a minimum, we conduct a criminal record search at the highest court in all counties where the person has resided, worked, or attended school in the past seven years. Any misdemeanor convictions, felony convictions, open arrest warrants, and/or related activities are reported. Prospective employees with any record of sexual abuse, drug violations, crimes of violence, or criminal felonies will not be hired.
Perjury Statement: Any applicant who knowingly or willfully makes a false statement of any material fact or thing in the application is guilty of perjury in the second degree as defined in Section 18-8-503, C.R.S., and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished accordingly.
