💅 SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY I’m committed to giving you claws to die for — and that means making sure you’re happy with your service. If something feels off, please reach out within 2 days of your visit, and I’ll gladly fix the issue at no extra charge. As for retail purchases (like cuticle oils, scrubs, etc.), all sales are final. I currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. By continuing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge this policy before receiving services today.
⏳ FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY To keep my schedule running smoothly and make space for all my amazing clients, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 25% fee per service cancelled, which must be paid before booking your next visit. No-shows (not contacting me at all) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, due in full before you're able to return. By continuing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
🖤 NEW GUEST POLICY As a new client, I understand that a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure my appointment. This must be paid via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo before my booking is confirmed. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of my service.If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, my appointment may be released and made available to others.
