(Ages 3-5) Upbeat dancing, creative movement/hip hop with Miss Sydney. Dress is active wear, but you're welcome to wear dance wear if you like. Boys always welcome. Girls, hair up, no jewlery, but stud earrings okay. Shoes are sneakers, to be brought in a bag & changed into once in the waiting room. Shoes cannot have a white outsole as they mark our black, dance floors.

I understand that after the first class, if my dancer is not ready or does not wish to continue, I may withdraw. However, after the 2nd class, I understand there are NO REFUNDS.*

I hereby release Downtown Dance employees and independent contractors, from all libability from personal injury, illness or property damage occuring on or off the studio's premises. I authorize Downtown Dance to discharge my child to an ambulance with the nearest medical facility, should there be a medical emergency. I certify that my student is in good health and capable of participating in physcial activities. I hereby give permission to Downtown Dance to take and use photos and videos for the promotional uses of the studio. This includes, but is not limited to, the studio's facebook, instagram, twitter accounts and Youtube channel where students names are not disclosed.
