Please allow 24 hours for an estimated quote. Once we complete your design. We will send your invoice. The turnaround time on your order with Stitch Art Studio starts when you’ve paid in full, and your samples are approved. Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Embroidery samples are sent within 24 hours, after receiving payment and all necessary information.
Stitch Art Studio currently offer Gym Bags, Totes, Polo Shirts, Fleece Jackets, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Beanies, and Safety Gear. The embroidery is still offered as a service in which the customer can provide us with garments purchased from any vendor of their choice. The color and fabric of your garment are an important consideration when making your selection.

Fabric textures and weights affect how your design is digitized for our embroidery machines. Determine the color, size and quantity necessary of each item. Also note thread colors you would like to use for your design. Designate an area on the garment where your design will be embroidered.

Customers may provide their garments by bringing them to our Drop-off/Pick-up location. Please see the addresses below:

110 Traders Cross, Okatie, SC 29909 (Located in Okatie Center Commercial Park).

You are also welcomed to ship the items to the Okatie location.

Savannah customers will be contacted about their local Drop-off/Pick-up location.

Once your garments are complete. We will schedule a time for you to pick them up at the same drop off location.

In some cases shipping will be used to send and receive your items. We kindly request that you take our turnaround times into consideration.

Embroidered designs and logos have some limitations and follow certain parameters to reproduce correctly. In order to preserve the integrity of your design, a review by our digitizing department is required. Choose a type that suits your needs.
