BVFYMCA - Volunteer

Thank you for considering the Buckeye Valley Family YMCA as a place to donate your precious time and talents. Volunteers are vital to the YMCA. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to meet the needs of our community.

At the Y, we want every minute you spend with us to be worthwhile. That’s why we’re asking you to take a few minutes to fill out this application. It will help us begin to make the right match between your skills, interests and the opportunities available.

Once received, your application will be reviewed by the appropriate department and someone will contact you within 30 days of receipt. Not all volunteer opportunities are available at all times and all will require an interview with the supervising department. Depending on the volunteer position, the YMCA may request references, proof of experience, or a criminal background records check prior to volunteering and every two years thereafter. Volunteers under the age of 18 will require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. We look forward to receiving your application.
