I. Program Overview

A program of the Center for Biography and Social Art that was developed to support the creation of healthy social environments in Waldorf Schools.
The cost for this program of three half day workshops scheduled at your convience throughout the school year is $1800.

Travel and accommodations for the facilitator are paid for by the school.

(If travel and in-person workshops are not possible, we will consider possible online alternatives.)

Upon your acceptance, a facilitator will contact you to coordinate dates for the workshops.

II. Timeline

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
III. Participation Recommendations
1. We recommend you have a minimum of 15 attendees (to include faculty, staff, board members, parents and community) to participate in each of the three 'Awakening Connections' sessions during the school year.
2. We require a person or team from the school community who will schedule and attend each of the three sessions and will be responsible for ongoing communication with the CBSA facilitator throughout the school year.*

IV. Financial Requirements

In addition to the Program fee of $1800, your School agrees to provide the following:
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation for the CBSA facilitator during each of their stays. Roundtrip transportation costs between the CBSA facilitator’s residence and the school will be paid for by the school. If the facilitator is driving to and from the school, those roundtrip miles will be reimbursed by the school based in the local IRS gov’t rate.*

LODGING (if needed): Lodging provided for the CBSA facilitator in a local home, or to be paid by the school at a local Airbnb or hotel.*

MEALS: During their stay, meals for the CBSA facilitator and a possible intern are to be provided by the school.*

PAYMENT: Upon acceptance, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due. The $1800 (less $200 deposit) ACCC Program fee for three sessions is due by the date of the first scheduled session .*
