THE MUSEUM IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED
The health and well-being of our guests, staff, and community are our top priorities. In response to guidance from local, state, and federal health officials, the Museum will be closed from March 14 – March 30, 2020, to aid in the containment of the novel coronavirus causing COVID-19. We encourage you to stay informed about this important and fast-moving situation. Our actions individually and collectively are key to ensuring a return to normalcy as quickly as possible. For the latest information on the Museum’s operations, please check our website.
The Museum will also be suspending special events and programs through April 15th. Affected events include:
Sensory Aware Saturday (March 21)
Dinosaurs of Antarctica Member and Educator Preview (March 21)
Language of NOW (March 28)
Science on Tap: Delight (March 28)
Maker Studio (April 3-4)
If you purchased tickets to one of these events you will be offered a full refund or you may convert the value of the ticket into a donation to support the Museum's educational programming during this uncertain time.
We know many of you are probably looking for things to do while out of school or off work. The Museum is launching new virtual activities through our social media channels, Discovery Lab Online.
