Workshop Description
In this 4-hour workshop, participants will use the results of their Clifton StrengthsFinder© profile to learn how their unique talents impact the way they perform, how those talents can be honed to become strengths, and how these strengths can be focused on improving their work performance and achieving professional objectives. They will also interact with teammates to see how their talents interact, how an awareness of talents can improve team processes, and how their collective talents can be harnessed to achieve team goals.
